Version History

The Agent Target Manager was first released on Extension Framework 3 (for Case Manager 6), and included tools and intuitive dashboards to track agent collection targets.

Version 3.0.0.x​

This version includes the following functionality:

  • Agent Target Manager setup of periods and collection targets
  • An automated process to generate a new period at the end of the current period (with target values copied from the current period)
  • An Agent Target dashboard showing the agent's performance for a selected period
  • A Period Target dashboard giving a higher-level look at targets of all agents for a selected period
  • A Top-10 Wall Dashboard showing the top 10 performing agents for the current period and the previous period.
