Getting Started: Users & Login

Case Manager 6 is commonly used in contact centers where agents work in teams. To access the system, you'll be provided with a username and password. Follow these steps to log in:

  1. Logging In: Enter your username and password on the login screen. Depending on your configuration you will have to either select your name from a list and enter your password Or enter your username and password as can be seen in the following two screenshots.

  1. Daily Maintenance Procedures: The first user to log in each day may be prompted to complete daily maintenance procedures unless these tasks have been automated by the system administrator. If your administrator automated your daily maintenance tasks, you won't see any prompts. Otherwise, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required procedures.
